They provide an honest evaluation of problem and make sound recommendations ie, whether a repair is required at this time or can be deferred to a later date. They also, evaluate other areas of your vehicle and recommend items, that need to be addressed now or in the future.This is very important to me because, I have an older, well maintained Saab (21 years), that requires continuous diligence scrutiny to insure, that it operates in a safe and reliable manner.
